Order status
Hello,
is there a possibility to change the status of the order?
In the system I found the option to change only the payment status and the product status in the order.
Can you explain how it works?

The payment status is used for sending the order confirmation e-mail and all payment related e-mails. It's also used to determine if orders should be sent to external systems (like ERP).
The delivery status is mostly informational for the customer and is often changed by the logistic system or fulfillment partner.
The product status can be used for split deliveries but has no consequences otherwise.
