Upload New Images in Products is not working

I tried to add Images from my local System and it does not read the Image and comes as a broken thumbnail! I'm not sure why it is happening. it is the same issue in frontend. Does anyone know why It is not working?

PHP Version : 7.4.3
Laravel Framework 6.0.4
Aimeos version": "2020.10.2",
Environment: Win

Please make sure, the APP_URL value in your .env file matches the first part of the URL you are using, e.g.
URL: http://127.0.0.1:8000/shop -> http://127.0.0.1:8000
URL: https://mydomain.com/shop -> https://mydomain.com

HI

I already changes the the APP_URL value to the first part of the URL I'm using, it is working in the backend but now they are disappeared in front end pages! I don't Understand what happened.

It looks like something has changed in frontend behaviour even the filter drop downs are not working properly .
I also brought back the url to see if front end images comes back but it is still the same.

Please make sure you use the latest version of Aimeos (2020.10.3). There was a bug related to displaying images in the frontend.
