I intended to start e-commerce website but I need the fastest package .Is It slim or symphony or laravel or typo3 cms plugin?

Laravel is the fastest and easiest to customize so we would recommend Laravel.

Symfony 5 is slower than Symfony 4 (which was benchmarked) but Laravel performance stays the same in all newer Laravel version.
