Help for Aimeos

Hello, I just downloaded your package, however when I go to the admin navigation bar the "Locales" and "Types" buttons are not active, I tried to access to Locales by changing the url to http://127.0.0.1:8001/admin/default/jqa ... es?lang=en and then http://localhost:8000/admin/default/jqa ... ch/locales but I get the following error:

Aimeos\Admin\JQAdm\Exception
Class "\Aimeos\Admin\JQAdm\Locales\Factory" not available.

The error is triggered by ext/ai-admin-jqadm/admin/jqadm/src/Admin/JQAdm.php:58 but I cannot figure out what is causing it. I get the exact same error for Types.

I need to change the language and currency of my site, and I have read that the only way to do this is using Locales...
Can you help me fix the bug or at least tell me another way to change both language and currency?

They are not clickable because there's no panel implementation behind. These icons serve as starting point for their sub-menus which should be shown if you hover over the icons.
