Aimeos Laravel Amazon AWS Install Help

Hi,
I installed bitnami lamp stack and install the Aimeos from https://github.com/aimeos/aimeos this link install instructions but when i try to open serverip/8000 its refuse the connection. How can i access 8000 port from public ?

127.0.0.1:8000 is only for local installations and using the integrated PHP web server. On public hosts, use the host name without port and also configure no port in your .env. file for APP_URL
