Help for Aimeos

can we say that aimeos is better option then Magento, Prestashop,Opencart?
why we have to choose aimeos if there is also the mention plateforms.

The Aimeos USPs are:
- much faster then the named ones (20ms render time of a list or detail page)
- much more scalable (1+ billion articles, others may handle 50-100k well)
- more flexible (you can easier build ecommerce apps that are hard to create in the others)
- only system that can be integrated into any existing PHP application (Laravel, Symfony, TYPO3, everything else)

Aimeos is available since 2014 so it's younger and the community isn't as big as for the old ones yet. There are also less extensions mainly because Aimeos already comes with most functionality included and if you have a look at the extensions of the named systems, you will notice that 90% are tiny extensions without much use or total crap.
The number of Facebooks likes is getting comparable to OpenCart in the next year I guess and if you sum up the stars on Github, you will notice that Aimeos has already more than 6,000 (which is more than Prestashop and OpenCart has).
