TYPO3 Installtool Compare DB whant always delete all tables

Hi Aimeos Team,
after installation of Aimeos Shop System, the TYPO3 installtool offerts always to delete all tables from DB of Aimeos Shop Extension.
The System is TYPO3 7.4.5 on PHP 7 with MariaDB.
This can't be normal? Or.
