the Invalid locale "" exception is caused by the typo3 update.
We get the same error after update TYPO3 from 7.6.15 to 7.6.16

Issue is solved in commit: e1cc077277fd405a99b34985a2c04f3ac8522bf6 Problem was a length check for internal aimeos codes in general.
