When a customer is ordering for more then 100€, there should be no delivery costs.

that's a good objection and i understand, why that is not standard behaviour.

Therefore I already solved that problem by having a second cronjob, which deletes the old file one hour before the new one is generated. For my special usecase, this works perfectly.

my shop is all about selling wine (and liqueur later).
I am wondering, if there is a way to restrict orders to people older then 18 years.

Maybe a decorator could help me out or there is an option, I haven't found.
