Test - Name in bold / in Service/Shipping

When I define a text as type "name" and write the text ini bold there appears in frontend in the title:
<STRONG>any text</STRONG>

How to avoid?

We have (suddently?) unnecessary arrows on all thumbs on all images on the product page. See screenshot.
How can we avoid these?

I have no idea why this faulty URL is generated.
This is a new product added short ago. With the well known way to add a product.
