Help for Aimeos

We installed one full online shop and it is running fine. Now we need the same data base for another website/URL.
We will create and run this new website on the same typo3 account just as second website.
How do we need to proceed to serve both websites with one singel aimeos database?

I cannot find in aimeos how and where to define the order confirmation email to the customer.

2.) and as well - I cannot find how I can set an email message to our administration when an order comes in.

Where can I get the coding for XML export?

I am looking for an aimeos pro who can integrate the export functionality into our typo3. You have any recommandations to find? ...... or anybody here who likes to do this job for us?

I want to export all product data to a excel or CSV list. The goal is to use this sheet for uploading it to Google merchant center (google shopping campaigns).

We have an issue with the images displayed: The images in product overview and also on the product detail page have a black frame on the right and on the bottom side. How to get rid of them? We did not find out.

When I want to add several categories to a product - the dropdown window doesn't show all categories/subcategories.
If I type the categorie in, the subcategories do not show up neither.
