You made a PR by selecting "aimeoscom:master" and "tenkraD:2018.10" and that doesn't work because merging this would update ai-payments 2018.10 to dev-master. You have to choose "aimeoscom:2018.10" as reference for "tenkraD:2018.10" (same for ai-client-html repo). The easiest way now is to delete the fork, redo your changes and create the PRs again.
