Does aimeos provide the admin and user chat ?

Hi Team,
I want to implement here chat or messaging functionality in between customer and admin. Does aimeos panel provide us this feature?

No, that's not in the scope of Aimeos but you can use specialized tools for this and integrate them into the admin interface.

Can you tell me if there is any tool which i can integrate in the admin interface?
Or
I have to create my own?
