Why do I create a new item in the admin, but I can't see it at the list? (https://localhost/list)

You haven't probably added it to a category so it won't show up.

From your screenshots we can't see that the "test" category was really created.

Category list is empty. But the database has data. I use postgresSql.

Can you check the browser console if there are any errors? Maybe your web server doesn't answer to OPTIONS requests.

I fix OPTIONS requests 500 error, but category list is still empty.

What is now returned to the browser? Can you post the made requests and the response for fetching the categories?

The request is for the OPTIONS method, there should be something for:
