Cart is not empty after purchase product

Hello,

I have faced a cart-related issue. I am using aimeos version 22.10.4 and TYPO3 Version is 11.5.22

after the order, the order entry is created in the order list and the order is successfully done. but the cart is not cleared. the old product is not removed from the basket page and also from the cart icon in the header.

I have read this comment (viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4267&p=16982&hilit ... ing#p16982) but it's not working.

So can you please help me with this? it's very urgent for me.

Usually, the basket isn't cleared as long as the payment status isn't "pending", "authorized" or "received".
Check what happens here when the checkout/confirm page is requested by the browser:
