Know user's user-group at admin side (jqadmin) in template file

In the admin panel, How do I know logged in user belongs to which user group in the template file on the admin side(jqadmin)? For example, I need to know that logged-in user's user-group before creating a new user. so that I can hide some textbox based on user-group
