Multivendor Registration and Login

Hi, I am trying to use Aimeos (https://github.com/aimeos/aimeos) for setting up multivendor ecommerce site.
How to setup registration and login for multiple vendors, I have enabled the properties for multivendors in the .env file, but still unable to register a new vendor, please help.

Did you set these values?

SHOP_MULTISHOP=true
SHOP_REGISTRATION=true

Please install the Aimeos distribution again. There was an error which prevented the registration to succeed.
