Images deleted during scaling
Hello
We are having an issue where certain image files are deleted when we run the media/scale job which then are not displayed in the shop.
We suspect that this affects images that are stored with several articles or in other languages because scaling works the first time. Then the image seems to be deleted and we get the following error message for other articles that have the same image:
Scaling media item "******" failed: File "******" not found
Is such behavior known and intended? Is there a way to bypass deleting the images?
We are using TYPO3 12.4.5 and Aimeos 23.10.1.

Re: Images deleted during scaling
Seems like you've used shared media files. Did you copy the products whose preview images have been deleted?

Re: Images deleted during scaling
We import all articles including images from an external source. Some of them do share media files and in other languages they are also shared.

Shared image files in different media items are causing that issue. If you want to share files, you must assign the same media item to all products. How do you import the products?
