Create user in Backend with Editor
Hi,
in our TYPO3/Aimeos Backend it is possible for an admin to create a new customer in Aimeos.
Also, the non-admin can see the list of customers but if he wants to create a customer a message shows up that there was an error but unfortunately without indicating what the problem is.
Aimeos: 24.10.5
TYPO3: 12.4.36
PHP: 8.2.28

This seems to be no general problem because in our test setups (TYPO3 12 + Aimeos 2024.10 and TYPO3 13 + Aimeos 2025.07) it works as expected. It also works when adding an address to the user in the "Addresses" sub-panel.

No, that file is not overwritten.

If your user doesn't have admin rights, the site ID of the editor is different from the site ID of the created item.
In the next versions, a suitable error message will be shown.

Is there a way of bypassing that? E.g. hardcoding something or entering the siteid into the db for that user?

Make sure that the editor record uses the same value in "be_users.siteid" than the "mshop_locale_site.siteid" value of the site. Hope that helps.
