I want to use the coupons-option , but where can I link a product to coupon-code?

And: every coupon-code should be only used once by a Account/email - which code I use?

Use the "+" right of the coupon provider input field. There are additional options to limit the codes to baskets that contain a specific product and to redeem coupons only one time ("Once").
