omnipay sofort payment - no authorisation
hi there.
after aimeos update to 19.10.12 we experience problems with sofort payment authorisation.
in the sofort backend everything looks fine. we are getting an success message as well as an confirmation mail with transaction code.
the aimeos confirmation page also shows the transactions code but the payment status remains "unfinished".
similar to
help-f15/problems-getting-sofort-paymen ... t3587.html
we noticed new mandadatory settings without the "omnipay" prefix.
We our now using both option/values-pairs, with and without the "omnipay" prefix. values are the same as in the old "working" environment except the previously not available option "createtoken" is set to "no".
any ideas?
cheers

19.10 isn't supported any more and you should upgrade to 20.10 LTS or to the upcoming 21.04 version.
If you want to keep 19.10, you can buy a ELTS package from the Aimeos company and ask them for help:

Re: omnipay sofort payment - no authorisation
I understand well that LTS for 19.10.x has ended.
Update to 20.10.x would imply a typo3 update though and we are not ready for it yet.
update cycles habe been shortened over the past years and it not always possible to address a budget for that. aimeos 19.10.x for typo3 e.g. was published only in Oct 2019.
having the termination of support in mind it is annoying to realise that manuals are still not up to date.
https://aimeos.org/docs/2020.x/manual/services/#sofort does not mention the settings "createtoken" and "onsite".
but hopefully someone else in the forum has a running installation with sofort payment and can help out on this.
cheers

Yes, we use a relative fast release schedule because the speed of ecommerce accelerated in the last years and we have to move fast forward to keep up with new requirements. Because it's difficult to support many versions for an Open Source project, only the last stable and LTS versions are supported (with an overlap between LTS versions where users can upgrade).
Additionally, the Aimeos company cares about all the older LTS versions and offers support up to five years for all of them to their customers.
Documentation has been updated and states now that Sofort doesn't support them.stiller wrote: ↑26 Mar 2021, 09:38 having the termination of support in mind it is annoying to realise that manuals are still not up to date.
