billing adress country standard about typoscript

It is possible to set the billing country in backend modul germany as standard, thats solute a problem that in backend the billing adress "afghanistan"? per typoscript maybe?
I use a registration extension for typo3. Thats the reason because its dont choose for billing adress germany as standard maybe.

No, there's no setting for a default country but we will add an empty option so Afganistan isn't used as default.
