Error after change shop settings: No item found for conditions: Array ( [locale.site.code] => default )

Hello,

we have an urgent problem.

After changing some settings under 'configurations -> settings (shop logo, URL, shop mail)' we got an error in the frontend:
"No item found for conditions: Array ( [locale.site.code] => default )"

And an error in the backend:
"No site item available".

We started the update script as recommended in some postings. The problem is, that all products and categories were deleted after running the update script.

We use typo3 10.4.12 and aimeos 21.10.4.

The newest backup we have is with the errors mentioned above.

What can we do now?

You've renamed the site code and Aimeos uses "default" as site code if none is passed via the URL. The products and all the rest is still there.

Then, you've executed the update script which creates a new site with code "default" but that obviously doesn't contain any products.

Solution: Delete the current site with code "default" in the backend and rename the other site code to "default" again.
