Disable automated p-tag in product name (ck-editor)

Hello,
when saving the product name, the editor automatically creates a p-tag around the text. that makes no sense because the product name is wrapped in an h2. Can we avoid this? Is this a Typo3 setting for the CK editor or one specific to aimeos?
(Typo3 10.4.30, aimeos 21.10.4)

The <p> tags are generated by CKEditor 5 automatically and there's no way to suppress them. When saving, the opening and closing <p> tags are removed by Aimeos code to save only the real content.
