fe_user moved to root

When I start the order process and click continue on the address tab, the logged in user is moved to the root node of typo3.
Ubuntu 22.04.01
PHP 7.4.30
Typo3 v11.5.21 LTS

Set the page ID of the sysfolder for the users correctly:
