V 16.2.0 b4 wrong delivery date

Working with Version 16.2.0 b4 gives me a bug in the workflow:
BE Managing orders: chaning the delivery status gives a delivery date like "00-1-11-30 00:00:00". It should be "2016-03-01 21:50:49". This is shown in backend, and T3 marks the wrong date. The frontend output is "30.11.-0001" (trying a german date format).
