Internal server error in BE after clicking product tab

I am facing a issue in aimeos expert mode. After clicking on product tab no pop windows is opened and errors are observed.
I am using TYPO3 version 6.2 and aimeos_16.4.3

There seems to be something wrong in your installation. Can you please de-install and re-install the Aimeos extension? You should also update you TYPO3 to the latest 6.2 version even if I don't think that's the issue. Maybe you have to delete everything in the "./typo3temp/" folder.

Hi Admin, thanks for your reply

I have tried the way you described above but i am still same issue.

This problem I observed that is happening when we do any database operation like saving data, fetching data,etc.

You can also see in my screenshot that same action is giving success when it doesn't have any database operation like overview.

I hope i was able to understand you the issue.

please suggest the way

Can you please execute the Aimeos update script in the extension manager (greeen reload symbol)?

Hi Aimeos, thank you for your suggestion. According to you i did the same, but I have face the same error. Can you please suggest me alternative way?

Is there any warning or error message in the TYPO3 syslog table or the error log of the web server?
If you can't find out more about this error, can you please set up a fresh TYPO3 installation and install Aimeos from scratch? I think there's something wrong with your current one.
