how to add state in the billing address section

Hi Aimeos,
I have an issue. I want to add all the states and corresponding countries. I use this typo script
plugin.tx_aimeos.settings.client.html.checkout.standard.address.states {
US {
California = California
New York = New York
}
EU {
W = Western Europe
C = Central Europe
}
}
but is there any alternate easy solution??
