Staffel/Graduation price

It is possible to define a graduation (staffel) price.
(E.g. 1-10 cost 2.50 11-20 cost 2.30 and so on.

That feature is available as "block prices" in the Aimeos core.
You can add several prices to a product which only differs in the price value and the quantity, e.g.
- qty: 1, value: 2.50
- qty: 11, value 2.30
- qty: 21, value x.xx
