Help for Aimeos

Besides the coupon system, is there any promotion system that can be used in aimeos in 2018.04?
I have the intention to have a system where some user fulfilling a certain condition have an automatic discount of a certain percentage and I don't want to issue those users some codes that they have to enter.

No, not yet. Plans are to add a voucher system including an account balance which customers can use in the checkout for (partial) payments. Maybe you can use that accout balance for what you need too.

Okay, thanks for the information I'll see if I could write an extension that could help me with that then.

Yes, since 2021.04 a new rule system is available to apply dynamic price changes to products based on rules.

I don't see how the new pricing rules could be used to accomplish this as it only directly modifies the contents of a product based on the given rule and features?

Referred to the initial post and an account balance for users is still not available.
If you create such a feature, please publish it as an Aimeos extension

Looks like that might be the case thanks for the quick response...I'll bookmark the thread and hopefully return to it once we have something working.
