Individual customer prices on a percentage %

Hi

I know it's possible to set individual prices for certain customers or customergroups. These prices are absolute values,
eg. 18,85 (instead of the standard price of 20,00) for customer #123

Question:
Is it also possible to add an percantage instead of an absolute value ? (eg. -10% of the standard price: 20,00 - 10% = 18,00 for customer #987)
