Change VAT to GST and change basket icon text

How do i change the tax to display as GST instead of VAT since I am based out of canada. Also how to i change the text inside the basket icon to Items instead of articles?

Both are translatable strings that can be overwritten: https://aimeos.org/docs/Laravel/Overwrite_translations
