Paypal Checkout error

I'm getting the following error when i buy something using paypal :
Sending order failed: "error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure"
It;s not redirecting me to paypal sandbox..
Any suggestions?
