How do I change the tax rate base on US States ,

like for example
Ca >> 9.8%

can you do that? please guide me through it

Also I want to remove the Rebate from checkout, how do we do that

The Aimeos company has an extension for applying tax rates to products based on countries/states:

Overwrite the basket template and remove the HTML code from the template
