We installed last version aimeos laravel aimeos/aimeos-laravel": "~2020.10.
But review it is not active?

Reviewing products is only possible after login and for bought products. This was done to avoid fighting with fake reviews. Maybe it's a good idea to add another button "Write review" which links to the profile.
To see the products you've bought and you can review (after 5 days, which is configurable) in the profile, you have to use aimeos/aimeos-laravel:2020.10.x-dev at the moment because the component is currently not displayed in 2020.10.1 due to a misconfiguration.
