Is it possible first to buy marketplace extension and after to buy #gigacommerce? How difficult to implement #gigacommerce on existed marketplace extension? I mean after already dozens of shops with thousands of products already added ?

You have to export/import the products once if you want to switch the storage from DB to ElasticSearch. It doesn't matter how many shops you already have (the export can be done for all shops at once), only the number of products will determine the time you will need. Migrating thousands of products is very fast, millions may take a bit longer, one billion will take more than one day.
