The photos at my products are not loading

I make the deploy of my aimeos aplication, but the photos os my products are not loading. At the database the link is
files/2/9/29764c24_1234353225.jpg and the preview is {"240":"preview\/9\/6\/96cedf64_2136965029.jpg","700":"preview\/a\/1\/a1ecbbe8_251966635.jpg"}.

At this link it's possible see what I doing:

Can somebody help me? Thank you in advance.

Enviroment:
Windows 10
PHP = 7.2
Laravel = 6.0
Aimeos = 2020.10

Your APP_URL setting in the .env file doesn't match your URL.
