How to disable the mandatory of fields

Hi everyone, can somebody give me a hand?

I need to disable the mandatory of fields like salutation and languages, because I wont use it in my project.

Enviroment:
Windows 10
PHP = 7.2
Laravel = 6.0
Aimeos = 2020.10
