You need to provide much more information about your environment as well as how to reproduce the problem.
From your SQL error we can only see that the click&collect delivery service option is added twice to the basket/order.

Please provide your Aimeos version, your environment as well as custom code you've written.
Otherwise, it's impossible to guess what could be wrong.
