how can change communication email from backend.

Once I have changed and save it. But its not updated.

Can you please help me for the same.

You can change the e-mail address in the "Settings" panel of the Aimeos backend ("Shop e-mail" field). You have to be in the site you want to change the settings by using the site selector at the top of the left navigation bar in the admin backend.
