Admin locale is always EN by default

Aimeos Laravel version: ~2023.04
PHP Version: 8.2.7
Environment: Linux

Hello,

I'm having some problems with the locales.

Here's what happens:

• If I attempt to login to the admin panel through the URL /admin, Aimeos adds ?locale=en
• The admin page is always in english when I login, I need it to be in bulgarian, I always have to switch it to bulgarian

Locale Settings:

• Locales -> Locales

Language in the backend depends on the language set in the langid column of the "users" table of the editor.
