Shipping Fee coupon

What is proper way to set shipping fee coupon? Customer applied the code but it show 0.00 and shipping fee was not being deducted.

I am using PHP 8, Win, Laravel 10.14.1, aimeos/aimeos-core is 2023.04.*

Check if your product has shipping costs per item in the price sub-panel of the product detail panel. They are not included into free shipping because they are not shipping costs of the service (which is already 0.00 in your case).
