Upload Image - Not Working

Hi, I'm trying to add content on home page but the image upload option is not working and showing the blank popup. Please refer the attached screenshot

You have to upload the images in the media tab first. When adding an image, you can only choose from the previously uploaded images.

Where the media folder is located? I couldn't find it

The media tab is located there:
