Hello, where should I make some adjustments to the Frontend design? Can I update the vendor folder with my changes? If I can, I will ensure that my changes are preserved when the vendor is updated or they will be lost after the update. Would you kindly offer some suggestions?

Don't change anything in the vendor folder because your changes would be overwritten with the next update.

Instead, create your own theme. For Laravel, you can find documentation here:
