Basket doesn't recalculate volume price when adding items

Hi,

Steps to reproduce:
Create a product with graduated/volume prices, e.g.:
1–8 pcs → 2,90
9+ pcs → 2,20

Add 8 pieces to the basket -> price correctly shows 2,90/pc
Add 1 more piece of the same product on the category or detail page (not by editing the quantity field on the basket page).
=> Standard basket and mini basket now shows quantity 9, but the unit price is still 2,90 instead of 2,20.

When adding products to the shopping cart, there is no check to see if a new volume price has been reached and whether the price needs to be updated

(If 9 or more products are added at once, the correct price is applied immediately.)

The problem has been fixed in dev-master, 2026.04.x-dev, 2025.10.x-dev, 2024.10.x-dev, and 2023.10.x-dev.
Can you confirm that it works for you too?

Since we also have the aimeos extension for "Customer or Customer Group Specific Items" in place, will the ProductPrice Plugin affect the group or custom prices in any way? Any side effects here?

The change should also work with custom prices for different customer groups but can you check that to be sure?
