Make sure the RealURL extension is installed first, then the bootstrap package and afterwards the rest of the extensions which contain RealURL rules including your new one.

Adding realurl as a required extension to your ext_emconf.php should be enough to ensure that it is loaded after realurl – unless there is a bug 😉
