How can I add an image into a text field like long description or short description?

I work with Typo3 9.5.22 / Aimeos 19.10.4

This is not possible in 2019.x. In 2021.x, you can setup your own CKEditor 5 bundle which includes inline images:

Please keep in mind that 2019.x versions are only supported if you have ELTS support:
