Create a new site based in custom extension

I have created a custom extension through https://aimeos.org/extensions and copied it to the ./ext directory.
Then how to load a new site based on this extension name?

I'm using a different layout and structure for the e-commerce frontend of our site.

An extension per site isn't supported by Aimeos.
We will check if we can support different themes per site in the future (CSS/JS only).

Where do I have to overwrite the existing templates and point the frontend to an updated one?

Please help me out....I'm really stuck in editing the frontend template...
