About

MEINMPP is an employee PC program with which companies can provide their employees with high-quality hardware for private use in the context of salary conversion. The incentive offers employees and employers alike an added value.

Employees are picked up in their modern lifestyle and receive a benefit, which creates a long-term benefit. Companies benefit from an incentive which they can integrate into their business with little effort and expense.

The MEINMPP product was launched in 2016 and is based on a network of reliable partners in leasing, IT and consumer electronics.

 

The web application

Central platform for the MEINMPP product is the portal with Aimeos as an integrated shop. The platform uses Laravel as a framework and due to the very good integration ability of Aimeos a connection of both systems was efficiently realizable.

In the shop itself several thousand products are provided and updated daily. Since it is not a classic B2C shop, different modules relevant for the handling of the product had to be implemented.

This required the integration of a leasing calculator and the transfer of the leasing rates to the shop as well as an extension of the My Account area. Furthermore, the checkout process includes extensive adjustments for a budget check in the shopping cart, the extended capture of contract data, but also the digital signing of contract documents.

The shop has a multitude of interfaces, such as product and price import, but also exports for deferred compensation or other contract documents relevant for a smooth processing.

 

Results

The result is a platform that completely digitalizes the topic of employee PC programs for companies and also reduces the workload in the personnel department to a minimum in the follow-up phase through optimized exports.

For the employee, the shop creates the familiar B2C shopping experience through modern usability and an attractive design. Salary calculator, extended My Account area and the integration of the complete service/failure handling round off the package.
